They don't need ';rodent';.
Rodent isn't made of anything different than a cow or a chicken or so on (basically, that is).
While I wouldn't say pet food standards are high by any means, and that a rodent product or two may be possible from time to time, there is no need for a cat to have ';rodent'; in its diet.Is it true that all canned cat food has a small amount of rodent in it?
it might be seeing how our food is allowed to have a certain amount of bugs rodent droppings and other unsavory things in them.
Who knows...? By law black pepper is allowed rat hair and feces in it as well as dead bugs.
Your father is pulling your leg.
Virtually all processed food including people food has some undesirable things including rodents in them.

no way there are very high standards for pet food industry and they would never put rodents in the food there are too many diseases that rodents carry why would they want to put it in pets foods??? so they would die??? and cats do NOT need rodent in their diets...i have all indoor cats that eat only dry food and they do fine without rodent!!!
