Which rodent would fit a 10 gallon tank?

What kind of pet would be healthy in a 10 gallon tank, (NOT FISH). I want something I can play with and I was thinking of a hamster. Is there any others like rats or mice?Which rodent would fit a 10 gallon tank?
A rat, hamsters bite and are boring. If you don't have a fear of them I would go for a rat, they are really smart, most don't bite, they can play for a long time, they fit perfectly in a 10gallon tank, and if you get the right kind they can dangle by the tale like a opossum.. it's so funny!Which rodent would fit a 10 gallon tank?
Almost any......if they dont have to move....at all
Because rats need to go in pairs they can NOT fit in that small of a set up. It is cruel and inhumane. They want to climb and run and explore. They are active and require large cages.

A hamster might be okay. Get a dwarf hamster. Don't just toss it in the tank though. Get off your butt and be creative by adding some sort of shelves to climb on and places to hid in, etc.
I'd go for mice, because their small and don't really bite, maybe a hamster would be good too.
