ive had a rat and they are kinda stinky and ive had a ferret and they are suppaaa stanky.I want a rodent but kind dont smell bad?
well im a breder of rats and i always tell owners that you should change the bedding, acording to how many rats are in the cage!! 1 rat= once a week
2 rats= twice a week and so on!!! Iuse pine pedding DO NOT USE CEDAR!!! they dont really stink at all!I want a rodent but kind dont smell bad?
Yes, a hamster is probably the least smelly. I have two and clean their cages once a week. I use the paper-kind of bedding which are oder absorbent and come in many colors. They can be wonderful pets. The more you handle them the more comfortable they will be coming out to play. I would also suggest getting a tank instead of a wire cage. This will keep the bedding from falling out the sides and all over the house.
Well if not a rat then you probably shouldn't get a rodent seeing as rats stink the least. Maybe you didn't keep the cage clean enough, also males are more likely to stink.
get a hamster. thay dont smell bad and if you get a teddy bear hamster you can play with it a lot because thay r super friendly.
Without proper housekeeping any pet you get is going to stink... Hamsters clean themselves all throughout the day so the only thing you'd have to worry about is keeping his bedding clean.
Gerbils they dont have much of a smell. Hamsters arint so bad either, but i find gerbils are less smelly. Only thing is unlike a hamster (syrian) Gerbils are best kept in groups
Get a hamster!! :) The only time they stink is when the cage needs cleaned! But that is kinda good so then you know!!
get a guinea pig and feed it lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots pf grass this will keep its poo and pee from stinking
If you keep their habitat clean, hamsters do not smell bad.
im guessing rats they dont stink or do they
