Where would you get such a question. If there was the possibilty to have ovaries, there would be the possibility of having 4 testicles....which would only result in ovaries or testicles doing what they do now...only in excess.
Human females are born with all of the eggs they will ever have. Those fetal eggs are stored in the ovaries waiting to mature one at a time in the adult woman. The ';four'; ovaries has no relevance to anything in the real world.
