The BEST rodent pets to have from greatest to least!?

In my opinion it's





#1 Rats (smart, loving, active, and fun!)


#2 Guinea Pigs (Cute, hungry, playful, and fun!)


#3 Hamsters ( Soft, cute, fun, and sometimes mischevious!)


#4 Mice (Cute, but sometimes better off being watched instead of being handled)





#5 Gerbils ( Active, jumpy, less fun to handle and like mice more fun to watch)





What do you think?The BEST rodent pets to have from greatest to least!?
I think that you have them in the right order except that I would switch around #3 and #4. Mice are less likely to bite than hamsters.


I like that you have the gerbil as last... Gerbils are the devil!!!!

This is only from experience... (so please no thumbs down or anything)





#1 guinea pigs (I've had 50 and never been bitten, they're the most fun)


#2 gerbils (held one.. it was sooo sweet!)


#3 mice


#4 hamsters (mine SOMETIMES bit)


#5 rats (my rats bit me everytime I held them!)
I've never had G.pigs or gerbils. But I have had hamsters. mice, and currently 5 rats.





I'd have to say rat are my number one! I like mice better than hamsters though.. maybe it's the tail. I love mice/rat rails. :D





So for me since I've only had 3 of them i'd be..

My opinion:





* Gerbils (fun to watch, rarely bite)


* Rats (super smart)


* Guinea Pigs (so cute!)


* Chinchillas ( also cute, but I think they're not as cuddly)


Hamsters and mice have to be tied because I know that some hamsters are mean, and I don't know much about mice, so I can't rate them!
Bunny,Hamster,Guinea Pig.


Other than that I wouldn't want any other rodent in my house, especially rats!
Ferrets are awesome too.





Rats are definately number 1. I have 6 of them.





Then guinea pigs.





Mice are harder to train than rats and are less affectionate.
I would switch hamster and mice around... All the hamsters I have ever known bite people.





Other than that, yeah, good list. Especially having rats at the top, rats are amazing!
I don't know much about rodents but heres my opinion

#5 Rats
1)Chinchillas, of course.


-They're nocternal, but they're really cute and fun to play with.





2)Beavers.


-They make nice hats.
